Swank Cake Design offers a variety of cake decorating classes for all skill levels. Below is a list* of courses that we teach throughout North America. This list is organized by the duration of each class: "Half Day" classes are 3-4 hours long; "Full Day" classes are 8-9 hours long; and "Extended" classes are longer than one day.
