In this victorian themed hands-on class, students will learn my easy method for creating our popular cinched-waist cake, now with top hat! Using real cake in a video demonstration, Wayne will share his super easy method of carving this shape cake. Using various molds, cutters, and other basic tools, students will decorate their cakes in a romantic victorian style. Proper construction and stacking of this topsy turvy cake will also be covered. Although this cake is very style-specific, the techniques learned can be applied to any style cake!
Students will leave class with:
~completed dummy cake
~instructions and the knowledge to make this cake again
~DVD with highlights from the class including how to carve the cinched-waist cake!
All materials are included and tools are available for class use. Just bring yourself and be ready to have a good time.
