Fantasy Peacock

In this class, you choose which cake you want to make while learning the techniques used on both cakes! Students will learn how to mold and paint a beautiful peacock using chocolate, sugar lace, and luster dust. Next, students will either cover and decorate a sphere or cover and decorate a domed cake so that our proud peacock has a prominent place to be displayed! Techniques covered include how to use sugar lace, covering odd shaped cakes with fondant, faux painting with luster dust, and more!
Students will leave class with:
~completed dummy cake
All materials are included and tools are available for class use. Just bring yourself and be ready to have a good time!
